Created in 1981, the Regional Committee of Brittany Handisport (CRBH) now has more than 1,600 members practicing a sporting activity in its 68 clubs or Handisport sections in the 4 Breton departments.
People with physical and/or sensory disabilities can practice or discover about 25 different disciplines in our region.
If high-level sport is, as among able-bodied athletes, the showcase of Handisport, the CRBH is sensitive to the development of sport for all, whatever the level. Our sports offers can be declined in leisure or competition. A particular effort is made to offer activities to the severely handicapped and to the youngest.
Many actions have been implemented to promote access to all practices (nature sport, individual sport, collective sport, integrated sport, etc.). For the realization of these actions, we can count on our partnerships with: the Regional Council of Brittany, the DRJSCS, EDF, Harmonie Mutuelle, Société Générale, the Bouchons d’Amour…
