BlazeSports America is a non-profit organization headquartered in Atlanta, GA. As the legacy of the 1996 Atlanta Paralympic Games, our mission is to change the lives of individuals with physical disabilities through adaptive sport and recreation. Building the capacity of adaptive sport, recreation and physical activity practitioners through the BlazeSports Institute for Adaptive Sports and Recreation is a strategic priority in achieving our mission. The Certified Adaptive Recreation and Sports SpecialistTM, – the only certification of its kind, is one of the offerings of the BlazeSports Institute.
