Hotel Block: including breakfast buffet, ask for Almira Selimovic for assistance. Buffet includes: Omelettes, Potatoes, Bacon, Sausage, Eggs, Oatmeal, Fruits, Cereals, and more.

JUNIOR TRAVEL ASSISTANCE & PRIZES: $1,500 will be divided evenly among all junior players including travel money and other fun prizes. This will be given on arrival at the tournament.

Tournament Courts: Chesterfield Athletic Club (Attached To Hotel). The entrance door to the clubhouse is located in the hotel at the end of the hallway past the banquet rooms on the left side. Ask the hotel front if you need help locating the correct door. To get on the courts go out the front entrance of the clubhouse and turn right. Go down the parking lot hill and the garage door entrance will be on the right side.

Match Format: Two tiebreak sets with a 10 point tiebreaker in lieu of a three set

Consolation Draw: If you lose your first round singles match you will go into the consolation draw. No consolation draw for doubles.

Match Check-In: Players must check-in 30 minutes before match time.

Tournament Desk: Run by Brian Kirk, Located on court 7.

Practice Courts: Outdoor courts behind the club upon availability. Practice courts indoors will be available before matches start and throughout the day depending on the match schedule.

PER4MAX Repair Station: Air Compressor, tire changing tools, tires and tubes will be available for purchase on court 7.

Restrooms: Located in the clubhouse. Please help keep the restrooms clean by throwing away any medical supplies. This is an exclusive club, please be respectful.

Meals Provided: Lunch on Friday and Saturday. Dinner on Friday and Saturday.

Snacks Provided: Snacks will be provided throughout the tournament.
