Transportation assistance is limited. Deadlines must be met to receive assistance.

NOTE ENTRY LIMITATIONS

• Junior Players may enter two singles events only (one Junior and one CoEd Lettered).
• CoEd Lettered Division players may enter one Singles and one Doubles event only.

Entry Fees:
First Event – $110
Second Event – FREE ($0)

Example: Singles – $110, Doubles – $0 = $110
If entering only one event (e.g., Doubles), the fee is $110.

Junior Players may enter up to three events:

• Junior Singles
• Junior Doubles
• One CoEd Lettered Singles Division

Examples:

Junior Only:
Junior Singles – $110, Junior Doubles – $0 = $110

CoEd Lettered Division (Adult) Only:
Adult Singles – $110, Adult Doubles – $0 = $110

Junior & Adult:
Junior Singles – $25, Junior Doubles – $0
PLUS Adult Singles – $110
Total = $135

IMPORTANT: Juniors competing in both Adult and Junior divisions will be charged the Adult Division entry fee ($110) during online registration. The Junior Division fee ($25) must be paid onsite at the tournament.

NOTE: All players and registered guests/coaches must complete a Liability Waiver and a Name, Image, and Likeness Waiver onsite.

REFUND POLICY

• Players who withdraw before the entry deadline are eligible for a refund.
• Withdrawals after the deadline are not automatically eligible for a refund.
• Post-deadline refunds are at the discretion of the DWTC/TOWC Tournament Committee.
• Refund timing and processing are subject to the USTA Payment System. Fees charged by the system may reduce the total refund amount.

FORMAT OF PLAY

• A, B, C Divisions (Singles & Doubles): Best 2 Tiebreak Sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set (including consolation draws).
• D Division (Singles & Doubles): 8-Game Pro Set with regular scoring (including consolation draws).
• Junior A (Singles & Doubles): Best 2 Tiebreak Sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set (including consolation draws).
• Junior B (Singles & Doubles): 8-Game Pro Set with regular scoring (including consolation draws).

All formats are subject to change based on draw size, scheduling conflicts, weather, or facility availability.

SEEDING

• Seeding will be based on the USTA Ranking and Seeding List published on or after May 4, 2026.
• All-Factors Seeding may be used if the USTA list is incomplete or unavailable.
• All seeding decisions are final and at the discretion of the Tournament Director and Tournament Referee.
