Why hasn’t my credit card been charged yet? / How do I withdraw?
Credit cards are not charged at the time of registration. You may withdraw without penalty up until registration closes.
If you need to withdraw before registration closes, please follow the instructions here: How to Withdraw
Once registration has closed, your card will be charged and the entry fee becomes non-refundable.

What time will the tournament start?
First matches typically begin between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. However, your specific match time may vary.
Start times depend on:
- Total number of players entered
- The size of your specific draw

** Match times cannot be confirmed until registration closes, draws are compiled, and schedules are finalized.

How will I know when the draws are posted?
Draws are typically posted Friday by 2:00 PM.
Please do not call, text, or email before that time asking for match times.
If draws have not been posted, they are still being finalized.

Once posted:
- Draws will appear under the DRAWS tab
- An email notification will be sent to all players

What is the match format?
- Best 2 out of 3 short sets (first to 4 games)
- No-ad scoring
- 7-point tiebreak at 4–4
- Third set is a 7-point tiebreak (win by 2)
- Coaching is permitted only during the break between the 2nd and 3rd sets
