Draw & Match Format:

Players with 5 or more will use regular draw with consolation
For divisions with only 2 players/teams, best of 3 tie-breaker sets (3rd set will be regular set)
For divisions with 4 players round-format will be used
Best of 3 sets with a 10 point tie-break set in liue of 3rd set.
Regular scoring
Formats subject to change (pending on number of players registered)

Water: Water & Gatorade will be available
Snacks: Fruit, granola bars & trail mix will be available to all players
Food: lunch provided to players daily
Awards: 1st and 2nd place for the singles divisions and 1st place awards for doubles

Wheelchair repair: A wheelchair repair station will be available on-site. Thursday 2-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday 8am-final match.

***MANDATORY USTA NorCal Participation Waiver***
As a condition of entry, participants (and if the player is under 18 years of age, their parent/legal guardian) must sign an online NorCal Participation Waiver. You only need to complete this Waiver once per year for all USTA NorCal tournaments, activities, events and/or information that are not yet on the calendar for 2026.

Entry information
Please check your match time before leaving your house/location. Late penalties will be enforced. Check-in 10 minutes before your scheduled match. DRAW TBD (click on the dropdown menu and select your division)
Warm-up court will be available throughout the day.
Shower and other club amenities will be available.
Snacks, water/beverages & lunch will be provided (meal voucher for lunch, cafe located at the club)
T-shirts & player gifts will be given out upon check in
Parking will be located to the far right (as soon as you enter the parking lot), we will have directionals/signs by the parking entrance. You will have access to the courts by the side gate.
Transportation available for all ITF related activities (ie. to and from airport, hotel, club facility). Please contact the Tournament Director with your name, cell phone number, hotel, and flight information.
