Shuttle service during the tournament between hotels (Courtyard and Residence Inn) and courts (YMCA and Highland Road)

Tournament Essentials

Official Ball: Wilson US Open Heavy Duty
Racquet Stringing: Available at the YMCA tournament site (see Tennis Pro Shop for pricing)
Repair Stations: Available at YMCA and Highland courts during all match play
Medical Support: Athletic trainers and massage therapists available free of charge starting one hour before matches. Tournament physician on call

$80 USD – Coaches/Guests

Coed A — Singles | Doubles

Junior Divisions (18 & Under)

Maximum Events: Players may enter a maximum of two events (one singles and one doubles)

Doubles Partnerships:

Players are responsible for finding their own doubles partner
If needed, the Tournament Committee will attempt to pair unpaired players after the entry deadline
** Doubles partnerships are not guaranteed

Match Format & Scoring

Adult Divisions:

Coed A, B, C: Best 2 sets, 10-point match tie-break at one set all, regular scoring
Coed D: 8-game Pro Set, tie-break at 8–8

Junior Divisions (18 & Under):

Coed A: Best 2 sets, 10-point match tie-break at one set all, regular scoring
Coed B: 8-game Pro Set, tie-break at 8–8

Draw Formats

Singles:

First Match Loser Consolation or alternate format guaranteeing at least 2 matches
All singles draws (except round robin) include a 3rd-place playoff

Doubles:

4 teams or fewer: Round robin
5 teams or more: Single elimination

General Match Schedule

Daily match play begins at 9:00 AM

USTA Junior and Adult Divisions: Thursday, March 19 – Sunday, March 22 (finals)
